To meet your client's needs, we follow this process:
An initial conversation is held either with a representative from your firm or directly with the client.
We offer preliminary feedback on the most appropriate products and services for their transaction and value your input on our proposals.
We securely gather all required personal and financial data electronically.
We meet with clients to review the proposal and proceed with the application submission.
Review of your existing client finances.
As we earlier mentioned on the prevalence of Grandfathered facilities within your clients' bank loans, particularly in Commercial and SMSF products. These can vary significantly, often ranging from 1% to upwards of 3% outside of current market rates. We would be pleased to examine these facilities, depending on they are repriced or refinanced to align with prevailing market conditions.
Unbundling security for clients is another area where we frequently provide assistance. Institutions sometimes hold excessive properties and other forms of security, such as GSA charges, beyond what is necessary.
