Beginning his career in banking, Tim quickly rose to senior roles, transitioning to the broking industry in its early days. He opened Victoria’s first Wizard Home Loans office in Moorabbin in the 1990s, later founding three successful brokerages across Carlton and Bayside Melbourne. An award-winning broker and industry veteran, Tim is known for his unparalleled expertise, securing loans even in the most complex scenarios where others have failed.

In 2011, Tim launched Loans On The Run with the vision of creating a trusted Mortgage Broker and Management brand. Today, it stands as one of Bayside Melbourne’s most respected independent brokerages. As a directly accredited Mortgage Manager—a rare credential held for over 20 years
